Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between Mixed Motion Art Dance Academy (“Mixed Motion Art Dance Academy”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the mmadanceacademy.com website and any of its products or services (collectively, “Website” or “Services”).

Accounts and membership

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Website. By using this Website and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 13 years of age. They really want you to learn to dance salsa and they make sure you do it with the right technique. I wasn’t even a beginner salsa dancer when I started taking classes at MMA, but with Del and Laura I finally learned real technique behind what I was doing. They are committed to get you where you want to be as a dancer, whether that’s being able to go out and social dance for fun or taking it to an advanced level — there’s no judgement here!
