Tony Ovalle
Resident Bachata Guru, Performing Junkie
Born and raised in Chicago, Tony Ovalle began developing his passion for dance during his undergraduate career at DePaul University. During his time in Ritmo Dembow he had the opportunity to learn and train with some of Chicago’s staple Latin Dancers from various dance studios across the city. Tony furthered his training by immersing himself in Chicago’s Salsa scene as well as taking master classes from prestigious dance figures from across the nation. In order to further his craft in dance and supplement his extensive mambo background, Tony has trained in various other genres of dance that include Ballet, Jazz and Modern.
